REDUCE YOUR STRESS
Working as a family is always a challenge for those who ride a double horse. Here are three tips to help you avoid stress on your body and mind.
1. PROPER PLANNING:
You may be forced to do more work in less time. Usually this is something that everyone can meet. Proper planning is needed to deal with this. What work needs to be done today and make a list of what needs to be done first. With a well planned list, time can be saved.
2. JUST FOR YOU:
Sleep alone is not rest. It is not necessary to keep doing the same thing over and over again. Maybe shifting from one job to another job is also relaxing. Doing your favorite things like walking,hot baths, yoga and meditation at other times besides work hours will keep the mind steady. Listening to your favorite songs and dancing will not distract you. It is also good to have a mobile phone for a while and just close your eyes and watch TV.
3. BE POSITIVE:
Sometimes the work may not go as we thought. Then irritability and anger can come to us. The next step is to think about how to deal with this situation. It is better to think positively about what to do next than to think negatively that " it has happened". Take everything for granted and focus on the next job.
